Big problems in Sawyer, North Dakota Saturday morning. There's been a levee breach and sirens sounded about 5:45 a.m. A mandatory evacuation was issued at 11:24 a.m.



SAWYER, N.D. - The Mayor of Sawyer, North Dakota, downstream
on the Souris River from Minot says contractors and National
Guard soldiers are working feverishly to build a secondary
dike behind a levee that was overtopped about daybreak today.
