Description
The flood levels of the Missouri River are now rising in its lower course, and over the weekend, overcame levees in two counties in the far northwest corner of the state of Missouri.

"The Corps is doing everything to minimize the damage from Helena and Bozeman [Montana] to New Orleans, a distance of 3,709 miles. It's a long war on many fronts, and there is going to be some collateral damage, including here in North Dakota."
