About 30 Marine Corps recruits joined the flood fight and filled more than 1,500 sandbags in Council Bluffs Saturday morning.Staff Sgt. Brett Armstrong, with the Marine recruiting office in Bellevue, said he brought the recruits to show them the humanitarian side of the corps.
