The American Red Cross Opening New Shelter in Council Bluffs Tonight COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA, July 8, 2011– The American Red Cross will open a shelter in the Iowa School for the Deaf, 3501 Harry Langdon Blvd., beginning at 6:00 pm, tonight. The shelter at the First Assembly of God Church will be closed at that time and residents will be moved to the new location, nearby.
