Local levees hold, but flood waters still find Riverside neighborhood

  A berm built to protect a portion of I-29 exit ramps showed some weaknesses, which forced the temporary closure of the downtown off-ramp at Nebraska Street. Elsewhere in town, flooding blocked several side streets in the Riverside neighborhood.
